Hey y’all! We’re Matt and Jozi, the hands (and muddy boots) behind Swampstead Roots & Remedies.

In a world that wants everything fast and easy, we choose the slow and honest path. We’re here to raise our kids in a simpler, more self-sufficient, sustainable way of life — because to us, that’s true American freedom.

On our small homestead, you’ll find goats, pigs, chickens roaming free and Jozi baking up fresh sourdough and crafting farm goods the old-fashioned way.

Our mission is to inspire others to support their local farmers and to stick to their roots which is why we created these shirts. Bold, anti-authoritarian, and proudly pro-rural, they speak for the folks who’d rather grow it, make it, or build it themselves. Whether you’re homesteading or just homestead-curious, we’re here for the outlaws, the misfits, the ones who still believe in freedom that can’t be bought or sold.
